My name is Les McHugh, the founder and owner of Your Own PC Tech. I have been in the Technical Support field for over 30 years! I first got into this line of work back when my daughters were born and I realized that the computer industry was going to take off and there would be PC's eventually in everyones home. I didn't want to be left out when I saw my young girls learning to use this new technology in their schools and libraries. As luck would have it I was then laid off from my factory job and decided this was my break I needed to re-educate myself and change my career path to Information Technology. Since then I have never looked back!

Through the course of my work I have been asked numerous times to look at someones PC/Laptop because this or that was happening and they didn't know what to do or who to call. Sound familiar? Your in the middle of doing something and all of a sudden your PC acts like it has been taking over by demons (it does things that are out of the ordinary and you can't figure out what happened). In today's world, PC viruses and worms, along with spyware, is the number one reason we end up having problems with our PC's or laptops.

After talking with many people and servicing there PC's I found out that most people don't know who to turn to for the help they need. Sure, there are company's out there that will help them, but usually for an outragous hourly fee and most were not local to the area. I have lived in the Bristol area for most of my life and many of my customers are friends, neighbors and incredibly through word of mouth many new customers.

My mission is to continue to be the leading provider of quality computer repair. My goal is to provide customers reliable, reasonably priced computer repair, my services are focused on both short- and long-term.
